What we can help with
- Questions about an article — if something wasn’t clear, or you want a recommendation for a situation we didn’t cover.
- Corrections — if a price, a policy or a fact has gone out of date, tell us. We’d rather fix it than leave it.
- Pitches from writers — read the Write for Us page first, then send the pitch through either route.
- Partnerships and sponsored placements — include the URL you want to feature and the angle you have in mind, and we’ll come back with rates and availability.
- Press and brand enquiries — samples, launches, and anything else you’d like us to look at.
How quickly we reply
Most messages get an answer within two working days. Pitches and partnership enquiries sometimes take a little longer, because someone has to look at the site or the idea properly before replying.
If a week has gone by and you’ve heard nothing, it’s worth sending the message again — occasionally things end up in a spam folder at one end or the other.
One thing we can’t do
We don’t give personal styling consultations by email. It’s not that we don’t want to — it’s that a useful answer needs to see your wardrobe, your budget and your week, and a message can’t carry that. The free Capsule Wardrobe Planner was built to do that job properly, and it’s yours for nothing.
